Quanta Power Generation, Inc. (QPG) is seeking to expand our growing operations. Located in the Denver Tech Center, QPG is the leading provider of Turn Key EPC services for utility scale PV solar plants. In addition to expanding our PV Solar capabilities, we are diversifying our Denver based group and expanding our focus to include Simple and Combined Cycle Gas and Geothermal Power Generation projects.

We are looking to fill the position of Field RIM Coordinator (Records Information Management) located at our Solar Construction Work sites near Alpaugh, CA. 

Summary of Job Duties:

Candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry within project databases and proficient in SharePoint and other MS Office products. Responsible for transmittal of controlled documents, RFI’s, processing vendor submittals, and processing project records for retention in document management systems with a heavy workflow.  Candidate must be familiar with and adhere to all legal document requirements related to projects. 

Requirements:

Minimum three (3) years prior work experience in Engineering and Construction project document control. Candidate should have prior experience in setting up a document control system and workflow to support a multi-location execution approach.  Candidate must be comfortable working at a construction work site and obtaining and retrieving documents in the field.

Minimum college level courses in computer applications and business law preferred.
